Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Reset Tour By Life Institute (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka.
- “Website” means resettour.com and all associated pages and subdomains.
- “Customer”, “you”, or “your” means the individual or entity accessing the Website or purchasing Products or Services.
- “Products” means physical books and digital products (eBooks and downloadable resources) available for purchase.
- “Services” means counselling sessions and training workshops offered by the Company.
- “Consumer” has the meaning given under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (as applicable).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Website, creating an account, placing an order, or booking a service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Website. Your continued use of the Website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Products: Physical Books
3.1 Orders and Pricing
All prices are displayed on the Website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3.2 Shipping
- We ship physical books to addresses provided at checkout — please ensure your delivery address is accurate
- Delivery timescales are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control
- Risk of loss and title to physical books pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or incorrect addresses provided by you
3.3 International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an international order.
Products: Digital Books & Downloads
4.1 Licence Grant
Upon purchasing a digital product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the digital content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4.2 Restrictions
You must not:
- Share, distribute, resell, or sublicence the digital content to any third party
- Upload the content to any file-sharing platform, torrent site, or cloud storage accessible by others
- Reproduce, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the content
- Use the content for any commercial purpose
4.3 Delivery
Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately upon payment confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email within 30 minutes. If you experience any issues, contact info@resettour.com.
4.4 Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Services: Counselling & Training
5.1 Nature of Services
Our counselling and training services are designed to support personal growth, mental wellbeing, and professional development. Services are provided by qualified professionals. However:
- Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care
- We do not provide medical diagnoses and our services should not be treated as medical advice
5.2 Booking and Confirmation
Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written booking confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
5.3 Confidentiality
We adhere to strict professional and ethical standards regarding client confidentiality, including the ethical codes of applicable counselling bodies. Specific confidentiality terms are set out in the Informed Consent Form provided at intake.
There are limited exceptions to confidentiality required by law or professional ethics (e.g., risk of serious harm to self or others), which will be explained to you at intake.
5.4 Cancellations and No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
Payments
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments via Stripe and Wise. By making a payment, you agree to the respective terms of service of these providers:

6.2 Payment Security
All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store or process your full card details on our own servers. Wise is an authorised payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.
6.3 Currency and Taxes
Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. The currency charged will be that confirmed at checkout. Any foreign exchange fees are determined by your bank or card provider. Where applicable, VAT or other taxes will be displayed at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website and in our Products and Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, book content (physical and digital), training materials, and course content — is the exclusive property of Reset Tour By Life Institute (Pvt) Ltd or its licensed content creators, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this Website or in our Products without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 General
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Website, Products, or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any breach of your statutory consumer rights
- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK or EU law
8.3 Total Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for the relevant Product or Service giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 100.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites. You access such websites at your own risk.
Dispute Resolution
10.1 Contact First
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@resettour.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days.
10.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve your complaint:
- EU consumers have access to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- UK consumers may contact a relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, provided that nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
General Provisions
12.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our Website, Products, and Services.
